Refund & Return Policy

Printed Products (Made-to-Order)

All printed products are made specifically upon order. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • A clear photo must be provided
  • The report must be submitted through our contact channels

Note:

  • A free replacement or refund may be offered
  • The item does not need to be returned

Other Store Products

We accept returns for other store products under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • All original contents must be included

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo
  • Eligible for refund
  • Return is not required in this case

Change of Mind

  • The customer must receive the order first
  • The item must then be returned to the provided return address
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refund is processed after the item is received and inspected

Note: Exchanges are not available. Customers may return the item and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Cases (All Products)

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

In these situations, the right to request a refund is forfeited.
