Digital Products Delivery

  • Instant Access: Upon completing your purchase, digital files, e-books, and guides are delivered instantly to your order confirmation page and saved to your account.
  • Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email containing direct download links to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery Fees: There are no shipping charges or taxes associated with digital products.

Physical Products Delivery (Smart QR Tags, Apparel, Mugs & Merchandise)

  • Fulfillment Partner: All physical items are custom-printed on demand and fulfilled through our trusted US manufacturing partners.
  • Shipping Destination: We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States.
  • Production Time: Because each item is custom-made upon order, production times vary depending on the product type (typically 2 to 7 business days).
  • Shipping Time: Once produced, standard domestic shipping via USPS usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your address.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order different types of physical products in a single order, they may be produced by different print facilities and shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as each item in your order ships.
