Non-Delivery: If your package is not delivered within 28 days from the date of shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
